TICKETING POLICY

General Admission

All tickets for The Panto Theatre performances are sold as general admission unless otherwise stated. Seating is first come, first served unless a specific seating arrangement has been communicated for the event.

Ticket Purchases

  • Tickets may be purchased online, through approved ticketing platforms, or directly through The Panto Theatre when applicable.

  • A confirmation (digital or printed) is required for entry.

  • It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure all event details (date, time, location) are correct at the time of purchase.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • All ticket sales are final.

  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the event of a cancellation initiated by The Panto Theatre.

  • Exchanges may be offered on a case-by-case basis depending on availability, but are not guaranteed.

Cancellations & Changes

  • As a touring company, performance schedules are subject to change based on bookings, venue requirements, and unforeseen circumstances.

  • If a performance is cancelled by The Panto Theatre, ticket holders will be offered either:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to transfer tickets to a future performance (if applicable).

  • If a performance is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date.

Late Arrivals

  • Late entry may be delayed until an appropriate break in the performance to avoid disruption.

  • In some cases, late entry may not be permitted.

Children & Family Attendance

  • Our productions are designed to be family-friendly.

  • All guests, regardless of age, may require a ticket unless otherwise specified.

  • Children must be supervised at all times.

Behavior & Audience Participation

  • Pantomime is interactive by nature. Audience participation is encouraged, but respectful behavior toward performers, staff, and other guests is required.

  • The Panto Theatre reserves the right to remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Photography & Recording

  • By attending a performance, guests acknowledge that photography and video recording may take place for promotional and archival purposes.

  • Personal photography policies may vary by venue and will be communicated where necessary.

Venue Policies

  • As a touring company, The Panto Theatre performs in a variety of venues. Guests must follow all venue-specific rules, including policies related to food, drink, accessibility, and safety.
