The Academy Director oversees the overall operation, administration, and educational programming of The Panto Theatre Academy. They ensure the Academy operates effectively while supporting instructors, students, and production teams.

The Panto Academy is the educational branch of The Panto Theatre, created to introduce children and teens to the exciting world of British Pantomime through hands-on performance training. Over the course of each academy session, students develop acting, singing, movement, stage presence, teamwork, and confidence while rehearsing a full pantomime production.
Unlike a traditional theatre class, every student becomes part of the cast. They learn directly from experienced theatre professionals in a fun, supportive environment where creativity is celebrated and every performer has the opportunity to shine.
The academy concludes with a fully staged public performance, giving students the unforgettable experience of performing for a live audience and sharing the magic they’ve created together.
