Academy Director (Remote & In Person):
The Academy Director is responsible for the leadership, development, and overall operation of The Panto Theatre Academy, overseeing its administration, educational programming, faculty, and day to day management. As The Panto Theatre launches its inaugural Academy in 2027, this role presents a rare opportunity to help build an innovative performing arts education program from the ground up.
Working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, the Academy Director will play a key role in shaping the Academy's vision, curriculum, culture, and long term growth. This is more than a management position it is a leadership opportunity for an entrepreneurial, forward thinking professional who is excited to create systems, develop programs, inspire educators, and establish a thriving Academy that will serve students for years to come.
The ideal candidate is a confident leader who excels at building teams, taking initiative, solving challenges, and transforming ideas into successful programs. They will provide strategic direction while ensuring excellence in daily operations, fostering a collaborative environment for instructors, students, families, and production staff. This individual will be instrumental in establishing the Academy's reputation for exceptional performing arts education and creating a dynamic, student centered experience that reflects the mission and values of The Panto Theatre.
Board Treasurer (Remote & In Person):
Oversees The Panto Theatre’s finances, helping manage budgets, financial records, and board reports while ensuring responsible financial practices.
General Board Member (Remote):
Supports the organization’s growth by attending board meetings, contributing ideas, and assisting with strategic decisions and special projects.
Technical Director (In Person):
Manages the technical aspects of productions, including lighting, sound, set coordination, and backstage operations to ensure performances run smoothly.
Event Coordinator (Remote & In Person):
Plans, organizes, and oversees theatre events and activities, while serving as the lead coordinator during assigned events.
Executive Assistant (Remote):
Provides administrative support to the Executive Director by managing schedules, communications, meeting notes, and organizational tasks.
Volunteers Coordinator (Remote):
Recruits and supports volunteers for productions and events while maintaining volunteer records and tracking service hours across the organization.
